The website has primarily informational and institutional purposes. Through the website, users may consult content relating to the company’s activities and submit contact requests via the dedicated form.

2. Categories of personal data processed

The following categories of personal data may be processed through the website.

a. Browsing data

The IT systems and software procedures used to operate the website acquire, during their normal operation, certain technical data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This category may include, by way of example: IP address, browser type, operating system, information on the device used, pages visited, date and time of access, data relating to interaction with the website and other technical parameters relating to the user’s IT environment.

These data are used to ensure the proper functioning of the website, the security of the platform, the prevention of abuse or unauthorised access and the preparation of aggregated statistics on the use of the website.

b. Data provided through the contact form

When the user completes the contact form available on the website, the Data Controller may collect the following data:

Where the user freely chooses to give consent to receive the newsletter or informational communications, the Data Controller may process the contact details provided, in particular first name, surname and email address, in order to send updates relating to the company’s activities, initiatives, projects and institutional communications.

At the time of drafting this Privacy Policy, the newsletter service is not yet active. Any future activation of dedicated tools or platforms for the automated management of communications will, where necessary, result in an update to this Privacy Policy.

d. Data collected through cookies and tracking tools

The website uses technical cookies necessary for the operation of the platform and may use, subject to the user’s consent where required, cookies or similar tools for statistical, analytics, functional or third-party service integration purposes.

5. Data retention

Personal data are retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

In particular:

- data collected through the contact form are retained for a maximum period of 24 months from the last interaction, unless further retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations or to protect the rights of the Data Controller;
- data processed for newsletter purposes are retained until the data subject withdraws consent or until the service is discontinued;
technical and browsing data are retained for the time necessary for the operation, security and maintenance of the website;
- data collected through analytics tools are retained according to the settings of the relevant providers and, where possible, configured according to data minimisation criteria;
- data necessary to comply with legal, tax or administrative obligations are retained for the period provided for by applicable legislation.

The user may request the deletion of their data at any time, within the limits provided for by law.

6. Recipients of the data
